All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, launches, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Australia
Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days after dispatch.
New Zealand
Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or carrier disruptions.
Order Tracking

Customs & Duties (New Zealand Orders)
International orders to New Zealand may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. SOG is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
