We stand behind the quality of every piece of our garments  and want you to shop with confidence. By purchasing from our website you agree with our terms and conditions below


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

SOG reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

How to Request a Return

  • Order Number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product is faulty

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Size Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for eligible items.

Exchange conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at SOG’s discretion.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited edition releases

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item marked "Final Sale"

This helps us maintain fairness and prevent misuse of our return system.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sogapparel.com.au

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

If approved, SOG will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost.


Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection

To protect SOG and our customers from fraud and abuse:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of fraudulent activity

  • Returns may be denied if items show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects

  • Excessive or repeated returns may be flagged and refused at our discretion

  • We reserve the right to request additional information to verify return requests

These measures help maintain fair access to our products and services.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

SOG is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
